It was great to visit St Mary’s Primary School in Cullercoats as part of Parliament Week.

Classes from Year 4, 5 and 6 spent the week learning about MPs and their roles and the impact of voting.  I spoke to them about my job and what I do in London and the constituency as as their local MP. We then had a very interesting question and answer.
