In what has become a Christmas tradition, Tynemouth MP Alan Campbell went along to the opening of the Victorian Christmas Market in North Shields Town Centre.

Alan Campbell MP said ‘For me the Christmas market heralds the beginning of the festive period and I was pleased to be invited again this year.  Despite being one of the wettest markets I can remember, with more stalls than ever the event really does go from strength.’
