Local MP Alan Campbell today attended a service to mark Battle of Britain Day at the Cenotaph in Whitley Bay.

Alan said “I laid a wreath at the annual service held at the Cenotaph on the Links in Whitley Bay. The service, organised by the British Legion is an important reminder of the air men who gave their lives to protect Britain in World War 2.”
