Local MP Alan Campbell was delighted to be invited to be asked to speak at a local conference run by Creative Partnerships to highlight the work being done at Rockcliffe School in the constituency. 

Alan Campbell MP said ‘Creative Partnerships is striking in the raising of expectations and aspiration through giving the opportunity to be creative.  It depends on a partnership between schools, involves the wider community and shows LEA’s at their best giving support and encouragement’. 

An announcement relating to the future of Creative Partnerships is anticipated to be made in February and Alan Campbell has lobbied the Department of Education and Skills and DCMS to find the money to allow Creative partnerships to continue
